What is the 100-night sleep trial?
We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all our mattresses. If you're not completely satisfied after sleeping on it for at least 30 nights, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
How are your mattresses shipped?
Most of our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a compact box directly to your door. We also offer white-glove delivery and setup for an additional fee.
Do you offer removal of my old mattress?
Yes, we provide an old mattress removal service for a small fee when you select our 'White Glove Delivery' option at checkout.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All our premium mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues like sagging greater than 1.5 inches.
Are your mattresses compatible with adjustable bases?
Yes, all of our memory foam, hybrid, and latex mattresses are designed to be flexible and are fully compatible with most adjustable bed frames.
How long does it take for a mattress-in-a-box to expand?
While you can sleep on your mattress within a few hours, it typically takes 24 to 48 hours for the mattress to fully expand and reach its optimal firmness level.
